Reservations are accepted up to 3 months in advance of the intended date of use. To reserve the room, contact one of the following people

Users' Responsibilities
- Understand the use of the equipment prior to the event.
- Request audiovisual support, if needed, 3 business days prior to the event.
- Bring dry erase markers.
- Report malfunctioning equipment to the IIT Help Desk at 706.864.1922, https://helpdesk.ngcsu.edu/ or go to room 164 in the Library Technology Center.
- Checkout laptop computers (if needed) from Access Services.
- Restore room to the original furniture set up.
- Understand that food is not permitted anywhere in the library. Beverages, however, are permitted.
Purpose
The open classroom located on the second floor, room 269, provides NGCSU faculty, staff, and administrators an open space to conduct instruction, training, or meetings. Student groups with a faculty sponsor may use the room provided 1) the faculty sponsor makes the reservation, 2) the faculty sponsor is present throughout the event, and 3) the event is appropriate for an open classroom and will not disrupt others in the area. The open classroom is not intended for

Audiovisual support requests must be placed at least 3 business days prior to the event. Contact the IIT Help Desk at 706.864.1922, https://helpdesk.ngcsu.edu/ or go to room 164 in the Library Technology Center. If on-site support is needed for the entire event, there may be a fee charged to cover staff expenses.
