Users' Responsibilities
- Understand the use of the equipment prior to the event.
- Request audiovisual support, if needed, 3 business days prior to the event.
- Report malfunctioning equipment to the IIT Help Desk at 706.864.1922, https://helpdesk.ngcsu.edu/ or room 164 in the Library Technology Center.
- Understand that food is not permitted anywhere in the library. Beverages, however, are permitted.
Purpose
Conference Room 162 is located on the first floor and provides faculty, administrators, and staff with a high quality space in which to conduct video conferences, instruction, training, or meetings.
The room is available nights and weekends for use by student groups.
The room is not intended for
| • Regularly scheduled or ongoing classes | • Community use |
| • Regularly scheduled or ongoing meetings | • Use outside regular library hours |

| • Smart Board | • Videoconferencing & teleconferencing capabilities |
Audiovisual support requests must be placed at least 3 business days prior to the event. Contact the IIT Help Desk at 706.864.1922, https://helpdesk.ngcsu.edu/ or go to room 164 in the Library Technology Center. If on-site support is needed for the entire event, there may be a fee charged to cover staff expenses.
